Fluvar provides an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to create, refine, and export professional video content through conversational interaction. Our service includes video generation, editing, version history, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Fluvar, including prompts, uploaded assets, and generated videos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fluvar to:

  • Create content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Produce content that is harmful, threatening, or harassing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without permission

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fluvar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
